The Bollin Valley Partnership 

Welcome to the home page of the Bollin Valley Partnership. The Bollin Valley Partnership is a Countryside Management Service working in the catchment of the River Bollin rather than within political boundaries. The River Bollin is a short tributary of the Mersey and, as Partnership Rangers, we:

• promote local Recreational Routes including the Bollin Valley Way walk and part of the Trans Pennine Trail;
• manage Sites such as Macclesfield Riverside Park and the Aviation Viewing Park, sometimes with the help of our Longhorn cattle;
• through Community Projects work with local people to benefit both wildlife and people;
• co-ordinate Action Bollin for the Mersey Basin Campaign;

• run our annual ‘WaterWorks’ Events programme;
• produce various Publications to help you enjoy the area.
