STRIDE – Health Walks in Trafford | Heather
Health Walks are short led walks of up to an hour intended for people not used to walking much. For information on all Health Walk schemes in Trafford ring Heather on 0161 912 3140.

Balsam Bashing on the Bollin. Himalayan Balsam is an invasive plant that was brought over from Asia in the Victorian era. It is highly invasive, outcompeting native species and has colonised our river corridors. This year the Bollin Valley Partnership is running a series of balsam bashing events.
